DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Our Philippine shipping costs are dependent on the size and weight of the item plus a valuation fee of 1% or P10 whichever is higher. For Cash on Delivery (COD), there is a charge of 1% or P25 whichever is higher. 

For orders  within Metro Manila, please expect your packages within 3 working days. For orders outside of Metro Manila, allow 5 to 7 working days.

Same-day Local Shipping

Our same-day shipping costs are at a fixed rate of Php 250. This service is only available in Metro Manila, from Monday to Saturday (excluding national holidays). 

To receive your package on the same day, confirm your order before 12 NN. For orders that chose same-day shipping but did not make the noon cut-off (12 NN), we will ship them out on the following working day.

Once we ship your order out, you will receive a text message from Lalamove with the tracking link.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

 

We currently ship via DHL to China, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Taiwan, Brunei, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Australia, Guam, Maldives, Mongolia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Timor Leste, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Myanmar and Nepal. Shipping costs are dependent on the size and weight of the item as well as the zone where the country is located. 

Please allow 5 to 10 working days for international orders to be delivered. 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You may track your orders at dhl.com.ph.

 

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Product prices displayed are exclusive of duties and taxes. We currently ship all items Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we cover the cost of shipping your order. But all additional taxes, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to provide an estimate of these charges as it depends on the country's rules and regulations.

 

Damages

Turkish Finds is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
